If your application is approved, $2,400 will be due each year due on or before your anniversary date. Your annual Preferred Guest fee includes:

Priority Access and Advanced Reservations
No Seating Fees and No Monthly Minimums
Use of specified 385 Broadway Building Amenities
Preferred Guest access for your Partner or Spouse

TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR PREFERRED GUEST LOYALTY PROGRAM*

I agree to the Terms of the Coat Room Preferred Guest Loyalty Agreement outlined herein. I understand that the Coat Room is offering a limited number of Preferred Guest Loyalty Programs for 2023-2024 season and that my application may not be accepted.

A Preferred Guest of the Coat Room agrees to:
- Abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Abide by the rules and policies governing the use of the Coat Room’s lounge, private rooms, and facilities. Periodically, the Coat Room may update and publish its Hours, Schedule of Services, Facilities Guidelines, and Seating Fees.
- Hold the Coat Room harmless with respect to services rendered, including but not limited to, any personal injuries, loss, or damage of personal property incurred by Preferred Guest and their guests while utilizing the restaurants, meeting rooms, or facilities.
- Be responsible for the payment of all charges for services provided by the Coat Room.
- Accept the decision of the Coat Room as final should any dispute arise over the terms of this Agreement, rules and policies governing the access and use of the Coat Room facilities or administration of the Coat Room Preferred Customer Loyalty Program.
- Execute and abide by a Broadway 385 First Floor Access Agreement providing access and entry to the 385 Broadway first floor premises for both the Preferred Guest and their Guests.
- Preferred Guest benefits and reservations are non-transferrable. Preferred Guest must be present to waive seating fees.
Charges and Payment Terms
- Coat Room will provide the Preferred Guest a quarterly statement of restaurant charges and payments.
- Charges must be secured by a valid credit card. Preferred Guest agrees to execute and keep current a Credit Card Authorization Agreement.
- The Preferred Guest annual fee is subject to change at renewal each year.
- All charges are to be paid by credit card on file.
- 20% gratuity is added to any unsigned checks.
Cancellation of Preferred Guest Loyalty Program
- The Coat Room may cancel or suspend Preferred Guest Loyalty Program status at any time for any reason. Possible reasons include but not limited to: abuse of property or employees, disagreement concerning the Terms, repeated violations of the guidelines and policies, repeated “no shows” for reservations, disputes with service staff or other Guests, inappropriate dress, decorum or behavior, or any dispute arising over charges or payment for services.
Coat Room Ownership
- The Coat Room is owned and operated as a restaurant located at 385 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, as a For Profit Entity serving a limited number of Preferred Guests, their guests, and the public with guest seating fees and reservations. Preferred Guest benefits include food and beverage service, meeting and dining room seating reservations and other concierge services. Preferred Guest status is by application only; acceptance is by approval of the Coat Room without regard to gender, race, or ethnicity.
