The full benefits of becoming a Preferred Guest are as follows:
Access to our Preferred Guest portal through our website thecoatroom.com which gives you the ability to access our reservation system and request seating for you and up to three (3) additional guests. Tables of 5 or more, we request you give us as much time as possible to secure your reservation and note all guests beyond the base four are subject to a “Coat Check” charge of a $10/person minimum. Cost for a Coat Check is subject to change based on peak season and peak times. Coat Room will always be open to the public but subject to availability on a first come, first served basis if you are not a Preferred Guest.
Preferred Guests are exempt from any Coat Check charges for them and up to three (3) additional guests. There are no monthly minimums or fees beyond the yearly Preferred Guest fee.
Enjoy special events and unique wine and spirit tastings and Chef’s choice offerings, only available to our Preferred Guest. Have access to reserve and rent our private dining room and conference for up to seven (7) people and “the Parlor” located on the mezzanine which can host up to 14 people for a private dinner or a 20+ person cocktail party. Only Preferred Guest s will have access to these spaces.
Each Preferred Guest will have a fob to 385 Broadway and will be able to enjoy additional amenities in the building such as a fitness center, common room/lounge, business center, second floor terrace with outdoor fireplaces and grill, and the rooftop terrace. Access to these additional amenities can be revoked if the they are not enjoyed respectfully and quietly by the Preferred Customer(s) and their guests.
In addition, your Preferred Guest status now includes Concierge Access for assistance with securing tickets to top sporting events and concerts, and booking travel accommodation around the world.
Sign up now for an introductory rate of $2,400/year. (Annual fees are subject to change each year). Initial number of Preferred Guests will be limited to 100 people total.
A single Preferred Guest registration is good for you and your significant other, both parties will need to fill out the application(s) and be a registered guest of the Coat Room. Corporate/Business Preferred Guests are also encouraged, which allows for up to two (2) hosts per business. They also must fill out the applications and be a registered guest.
